Scoped in writing, priced before it starts.

From a two-week audit to an ongoing CTO retainer. Choose the shape that fits; we can change it as the work grows.

Five engagement models

Two to four weeks · A fixed fee
Discovery and audit
Start here when you are not sure what to fix first. I review your technology, team and vendors and deliver a written report with a prioritised plan you can act on with or without me.
Agreed per scope · Fixed price per milestone
Scoped project
A defined deliverable and timeline: a migration, a platform build, an AI feature, a website or a rollout. Each milestone has a price before it starts.
Three months minimum · Monthly retainer
Fractional CTO retainer
Ongoing technology leadership: roadmap, architecture, vendor governance, security and hiring, with a weekly cadence and decisions on call.
Ongoing · Monthly, by team size
Build and run
My team builds and operates your product under my architecture and review, with releases, monitoring and support.
As needed · Hourly, prepaid blocks
Advisory hours
Second opinions, architecture reviews and board or investor questions, booked when you need them.

How every engagement runs

01 · Scope
A short written spec that names the outcome, the constraints and what is out of scope.
02 · Execute
Tracked, visible work: tickets, code and status in one place you can always see.
03 · Review
Gated pull-request review, with a separate fast path for urgent fixes.
04 · Ship
Staging before production, a release record, and a handover your team can run.

What you can rely on

Questions

Who will I actually work with?

With me. I lead every engagement personally, and developers on my team build larger scopes under my architecture and review.

Do you work outside the UAE?

Yes. I am based in Dubai and work across the GCC and with clients in Europe and the US, mostly remotely.

How do engagements usually start?

Most start with a scoped audit or a discovery sprint, so you see a written plan and how I work before any bigger commitment.

How is pricing set?

Every engagement has a written scope and a fixed price per milestone, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. No open-ended billing.

Who owns the code and documents?

You do, from the first commit, in your own repositories and accounts.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any access to your systems or data.

Next step

Start with a discovery.

Most clients begin with a scoped audit: a written plan, and a clear view of how I work before anything bigger.
