Services · Cloud and infrastructure

AWS, Cloudflare and VPS architecture, migrations and cost control.

From a first VPC to a multi-tenant production estate: I design, migrate and run infrastructure on AWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud and Linux servers, with zero-downtime cutovers and release pipelines your team can keep running.

Who it is for

  • Companies moving between clouds or off a single overloaded server
  • Teams whose staging and production share a database or a bucket
  • Businesses paying too much for infrastructure they do not understand
  • Products that need UAE-hosted or separated environments for compliance

How it is engaged

FormatScoped project with a fixed deliverable, or part of a CTO retainer
Typical scopeOne migration or environment project at a time
Hosting I work withAWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel, Hostinger and other Linux VPS
First stepAn infrastructure review with a written migration plan

What you get

Architecture and migration plan
Target architecture, cutover plan and rollback path before anything moves.
Zero-downtime cutovers
DNS and nameserver moves, storage migrations such as S3 to R2, and database separation without an outage.
Environment separation
Staging fully isolated from production, with least-privilege access for each.
CI/CD and release discipline
GitHub Actions pipelines with gated review, concurrency control and staging before production.
Cost review
Where the money goes, what to switch off and what to move.
Runbooks
Written operating procedures so the next engineer can run it without me.

Proof: the work behind it

Real engagements and builds, each written up from the code and the running system.

Questions

Will our site go down during a migration?

The plan is written so it does not: changes are staged, cut over in a window you approve, and every step has a rollback.

Do you only work with AWS?

No. I run production on AWS, Cloudflare and self-managed Linux servers, and choose by cost, compliance and the team that will run it.
