Services · Fractional CTO

Technology leadership without a full-time executive hire.

I take ownership of your technology the way a group CTO does: roadmap, architecture calls, vendor and agency oversight, security posture and hiring, on a part-time cadence that fits the size of the company. It is the role I hold today across a group of UAE ventures.

Who it is for

  • Founders and CEOs who need senior technology judgment but not yet a full-time CTO
  • Companies running an outsourced agency or a distributed team with no technical owner
  • Groups of related companies that should share platforms, identity and vendors
  • Boards and investors who want one accountable technology lead

How it is engaged

CadenceWeekly leadership session, plus on-call for decisions and incidents
Minimum termThree months, then month to month

Questions

How is this different from hiring a CTO?

You get the same decisions and accountability for a fraction of the cost, with no hiring risk. When the company needs a full-time CTO, I help you hire and hand over to them.

Do you also write code?

Yes. I still do the migrations, the fixes and the pull-request reviews, which is why the architecture advice stays practical.

Can you work with our existing agency?

That is most of the job in many companies. I set the spec, review and release process the agency works inside.
