Context

A lifestyle and hospitality concierge business sells experiences and services from many merchants and partners, tracks orders and payments, runs an affiliate programme, and publishes content across more than one site. The platform behind that is a marketplace administration system, and this one shares its architectural backbone with the Aedah Commerce Suite: the same multi-tenant marketplace pattern, applied to hospitality.

What I built

Commerce core

Merchants and partners, products with variants, occurrences (dated or scheduled availability), inventory, customers, orders and payments, categories and add-ons, with reports across all of it.

Affiliate programme

Programmes, tracked links, commissions and payouts as first-class objects with their own admin screens, so the referral economics are auditable rather than reconciled by hand.

Multi-site CMS

Sites, pages, templates and a media library managed from one admin, because a concierge business runs several brand surfaces and should not need a separate CMS for each.

Cookie-consent management

This is the module that is unusual for a commerce admin. It manages consent policies, embeddable consent widgets and consent logs, for the platform's own sites and potentially for merchant sites too. Consent becomes something the operator configures and can evidence, rather than a script pasted into a template.

Platform operations

Roles and permissions, API keys for integrators, audit logs, email templates and settings.

Decisions worth noting

Why it is in the portfolio

It demonstrates a reusable marketplace-admin architecture and, specifically, product thinking about privacy compliance as a feature. If a conversation turns to consent management, audit logging or affiliate economics, this is the project to open.

Next step

Have a system like this to build, rescue or scale?

I run technology for several companies at the same time and take on a small number of fractional engagements. The first step is always a scoped audit.
